About our creations.

Which materials do you use?

All products of the OXYMORON collection are made of premium-quality ceramics and a variety of sustainable silk fabrics.

Do you do customisation?

Oh yeah! Our desire to provide an unprecedentely easy customisation experience was built straight into the design phase and we addedd modularity to all those products where aesthetics wasn't compromised. All the silk and ceramic ties and bow ties can be fully customised with the simple mix and match of silk and ceramics. However, if you have colours and patterns in mind that are not available on our website, please do get in touch and we will take care of you.

What's the crafting process?

Our creations are crafted to the highest manufacturing standards. The process is always the same, repetitive and patient, but at the same time accurate and controlled. The whole process from start to completion can take up to 4 days, but luckily enough in Napoli and Sorrento we still have workshops where the artwork is assesed against one sole parameter: the work itself.

What's the weight?

Is there any risk to receive it cracked?

Not at all. All our creations are shipped in a highly protective gift box, hence, no risk of cracks. However, if something goes wrong, you can always return it and get a new one.

Shipping & Returns.

How much does YOJO charge for shippings?

Shipping is free to Italy and United Kingdom. A shipping fee is applied to the order if you are based elsewhere in the world. To find out your shipping cost please proceed to checkout and enter your postal address information.

How long does shipping take

The average delivery time is between 1-3 working days for orders in the UK and Italy. For International deliveries, time varies upon geographical area.

Can I return a product if I am unsatisfed with it?

Absobloodylootely! Any unworn product can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 working days from delivery. Product exchanges are completely free of charge in Italy and the UK, whereas refunds will be subject to a 10£ shipping fee. International customers are subject to a 10£ shipping fee for either exchange or refunds.

Payments & Security.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express regardless of whether or not they are linked to a Paypal account. All other debit and credit cards are accepted and securely processed only if linked to a Paypal account that can be easily and quickly created here.

How secure is this store?

Our online store uses Shopify Payment System and Paypal Express Checkout to process payments. They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours by using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How do I become a reseller/stockist?

Easy. Just email us with a short description of your boutique/concept store and we will handle the rest.
